Open Position: Service Delivery Manager, IT Operations (IT Service Provider Company)
A reputable IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring Service Delivery Manager to lead the IT Operations team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 8 years working experience within IT Operations and Service Delivery with good experience leading a team
- Proactively monitoring the tickets covering Incident/Change/Problem management including Service Requests
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the contractual SLA’s and KPI’s to the customers and management team
- Drive optimal operations and continuous improvement of the service introduction process to deliver high-quality service and regional project delivery excellence
- Effective communications with the customers to manage expectation and demonstrate value, underpinned with a focus on continual service improvement
- Experience in the proactive delivery of managed support services within IT Operations, ITIL and Service Management environment
- Having professional certification such as ITIL would be added advantage
- Good people management skills to hire, lead and develop the talents
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and presentation skills
