Open Position: Service Desk Network Support Analyst (Japanese Speaking)
An MNC IT Service Provider Organisation is looking for Service Desk Network Support Analyst to join their team based in Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 1 Technical Network Support to regional clients via telephone, email and online web applications
- Proactively manage all request and incident tickets within timely manner each accordingly to the SLAs and KPIs set
- Good experience in supporting IT infrastructure including Network, LAN, WAN, VOIP, Telephony, Desktop, Server and etc
- Good experience in using ticketing tools such as Jira, Remedy, Service Now, Zendesk and etc
- Having IT certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CCNP and etc would be added advantage
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
