One of the Financial institutions is hiring for Software Application & Database Support Engineer (Financial Institution) to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good IT Software Applications and Database administration background to understand both functional and technical specifications
- Good experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications
- Proactive monitoring SQL database and generating monthly reports to be presented to the management team
- Having a good understanding of IT Service Management processes covering requests, incidents, problems and etc
- Passionate in providing high-quality software products with a positive attitude
- A team player and enjoy working in a team-based environment
