Open Position: Test Manager, Software (Technology-Driven Company)
A Technology-Driven Company is currently hiring Test Manager to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the product development team to understand the concept and requirements of software application products to achieve the business objectives
- Lead the software project test campaigns and test automation strategy across multiple projects
- Experience in the review and developing test plans and frameworks for both functional and performance testing
- Good experience using any of the software tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Loadrunner, SoapUI, SQL, Script and etc
- Find and report bugs/defects with detailed steps to reproduce so that the development team can resolve them quickly
- Sensitive to detail, highly analytical, have a passion to learn and is committed to self-improvement
- Develop and mentor the Software Test team in adopting a culture of continuous improvement in test processes and collaborating with other functions and partners
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
