Open Position: Travel & Expense Team Lead (APAC Shared Services)
An APAC Shared Services Company is currently hiring for Travel & Expense Team Lead to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with business partners to develop and monitor Travel & Expense (T&E) spending and other metrics, including use of dashboards and reporting
- Generate innovative ideas, solutions and opportunities for process improvement, identifying ways to standardize and improve current practices related to Travel and Expense (T&E) management, encouraging adoption of best practices to be used by APAC regions
- Develop and drive enforcement of regional aligned Travel and Expense (T&E) policies including policy compliance and frameworks
- Lead and manage the Travel and Expense Team located at Selangor office providing support to APAC region users
- Deliver reporting and analysis to support other teams in managing travel and expense budgets and achieving business goals
- Participate in the yearly evaluation of global travel, expense, and credit card programs, including formal requests for proposal, and make recommendations to the stakeholders
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with preferred Travel and Expense (T&E) partners and vendors
- Good leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with regional stakeholders and users
