A MNC Transport Solution Company is looking for Workshop Manager to be based in Kota Kinabalu.
Key requirements include:
- Manage and plan daily operations of workshops in Kota Kinabalu and another city in Sarawak.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customers’ needs are met all the time.
- Drive sales to workshop on services and after sales services available.
- Set KPIs for workshop staff and follow through their results.
- Hands on approach with expectations of being with the workshop crew most of the time.
- Able to read income statements and financial numbers.
- Experienced being in supervisory role and relevant work experience in automotive industry.
