Open Position: Customer Service Support, Medical Division (Pharmaceutical Company)
A pharmaceutical company is currently hiring a Customer Service Support, Medical Division to join them in the Kuala Lumpur company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Diploma/Degree in Healthcare related subjects with a more than 1 years working experience.
- Recognize interactions that involve adverse events and/or product quality complaints and manage them in compliance with the applicable procedures.
- Record all interactions accurately in the necessary database. Ensure documentation is complete concise, and adheres to Good Documentation Practice
- Work together with colleagues to exchange effective methods and practices that meet the needs of customers, and provide feedback to consistently improve daily processes.
- Collaborate in inquiries, surveillance, and inspections.
- Good proficiency in written English and proficient verbal communication skills in a professional context in English.
