Open Position: Facilities Manager (IT Based Company)
An IT Based Company is currently hiring a Facilities Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess at least a diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field.
- More than 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the use of resources and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities, health, and safety.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and expenditures.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
