- More than 8 years working experience in Tour, Traveling & Hospitality industry
- Managing Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the tour business, including planning, coordinating, and executing tours.
- Team Management: Leading and supervising tour operations staff, including tour guides and support personnel.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing all aspects of tour logistics, such as transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, expenses, and revenue related to tour operations.
