Open Position: Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager
Our client is hiring Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager to drive the digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. This role will focus on developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing high-performing campaigns and optimising digital platforms to improve customer engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, design and development teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns and continuously enhance the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- More than 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media advertising, display ads and email marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools to improve ROI and conversions.
- Oversee website and landing page optimisation to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Work with UI/UX designers and developers to improve digital platforms and customer journey.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners and technology vendors.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends, tools and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into marketing strategies.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, planning and project management skills.
