Open Position: Head of Legal (Public-Listed Company)

A Public-Listed Company is currently looking for Head of Legal to be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 12 years of working experience with experience working in Public-Listed company
• Work closely with Senior Executives Leadership Team, including the CEO, CFO and board of directors, to ensure that our legal and compliance efforts are integrated into the overall organisation strategy, operations and etc
• Provide legal guidance and advice on a variety of commercial matters and legal issues, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, supplier & services contracts, memorandum of understanding, consortium agreements, non-disclosure agreements, term-sheets, procurement contracts and etc
• Act, and continuously evolve as, a trusted advisor on legal and commercial risks while supporting operations, business and sales leadership in shaping and executing market-facing strategies
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple and disparate tasks, possess excellent organization and time management skills.
• Review and approve Board papers and represent the organisation as a member of the Leadership team
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders which include a panel of lawyers, authorities and etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
