Open Position: IT Support

A reputable IT company is hiring for IT Support to join their team .

Key responsibilities include:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Provide functional support to clients using software solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
• Resolving IT support requests from employees
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
