Open Position: Key Account Manager (MNC Food Manufacturer)

An MNC Food Manufacturer Company is currently hiring a Key Account Manager to come and join them in the Johor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any of its equivalent.
  • More than 4 years of sales experience within the Food Industry / Retail Service sector.
  • Create sales strategies and yearly customer plans with the goal of attaining or exceeding established sales targets, fostering the expansion of the company’s operations within ASIA regions for the FMCG market.
  • Proficiently implement sales and promotional initiatives to meet sales objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive account strategy for each key client, aligned with the client’s business objectives and the company’s offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape relevant to the key clients’ businesses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Readiness to travel as required to meet with key clients or attend industry events.
