Open Position: Manager, Communications Network (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Manager, Communications Network to join the team. This role requires to travel between Kuala Lumpur office and Pahang work sites to oversee the daily operations, planning, strategy and design of communications & network related projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team management. Hires and trains communications network staffs, provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Analyzes voice and data communication equipment and software needs for the organization
- Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to communications equipment and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization
- Facilitates and oversees the support of the communications network, ensuring effective and helpful support is provided to end users
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in technology
- Coordinates and schedules large-scale equipment and network installations
- Ensures communications and network related projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time, and within budget
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with proven ability in managing a team
- CISCO certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network certifications
- Hands on experience in designing and managing the huge and complex network in large enterprise
- Hands on experience in administration of CISCO routers, core switches, dynamic routing and firewalls
