Open Position: Network Engineer (Technology-Driven Company)
A leading technology-driven company is currently looking for an experienced Expert Fiber Engineer to join their growing team in Selangor.
This role will be involved in supporting large-scale network infrastructure projects and collaborating with regional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end fiber network engineering and infrastructure design activities based on project requirements
• Develop efficient and cost-effective network solutions to support project delivery and operational goals
• Conduct feasibility assessments and planning to ensure quality implementation within project timelines
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support deployment and delivery activities
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members
• Monitor project priorities, daily deliverables, and ensure high standards of work quality
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency enhancements
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute proactively to new initiatives and business requirements
• Support cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced project environment
Key Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure projects, or related technical environments
• Experience in large-scale engineering or telecommunications-related projects is an added advantage
• Familiarity with engineering design platforms, mapping systems, or related technical tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
