Open Position: Legal Manager
A reputable company is seeking experienced Legal Manager to join them in their Penang office.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct research and analysis on a wide range of legal subjects, including corporate matters, sales and purchase contracts, and customer contracts.
· Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external legal teams.
· Take the lead in ensuring legal and contractual compliance, specifically in areas such as banking facilities and warranties.
· Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of commercial agreements, including those with suppliers and customers, as well as contract tender and project documents.
· Provide comprehensive support for mergers and acquisitions activities.
Key requirements include:
· Bachelor Degree of Law (LLB) and established expertise as a Legal Counsel.
· Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, Intellectual property and data protection laws.
· Knowledge of Singapore Exchange is an added advantage.
