Open Position: Operations, Senior Manager (Oil & Gas Based Service Provider)
An Oil & Gas based Service provider is currently hiring a Operations, Senior Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess Bachelor Degree, professional qualification in business or any related field.
- More than 15 years working experience with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior operational leadership role.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective execution of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of various departments, including but not limited to finance, human resources, IT, supply chain, and facilities management.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the CEO and executive team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
