Open Position: Quality System Manager, China Based. (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company)

A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Quality System Manager to join them in their China base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Possess Diploma/Degree/master in Science or any related field.
• More than 10 years’ experience in medical device, consumer, auto or any related industries.
• Proven experience as a Quality System Manager or in a similar role
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) in accordance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure adherence to the QMS across all departments and projects.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure the QMS remains compliant with evolving requirements.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and develop strategies to address them.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems or other relevant quality standards.
• Strong communication skills with expert-level proficiency in spoken and written English, and proficiency in oral and written Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
