Open Position: System Engineer, Microsoft (IT Based Company)
An IT Based Company is currently hiring a System Engineer, Microsoft to come and join them in the Johor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.
- Proven working experience of at least 3 years with a strong focus on Microsoft server technologies.
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft server environments, including Windows Server operating systems and related services.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely upgrades and patches to ensure system security and stability.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing Microsoft system-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese language.
