Open Position: Warehouse and Logistic Specialist (MNC Food Packaging Company)
A MNC food packaging company is looking for Warehouse and Logistic Specialist to lead internal and external warehouse and logistic operations based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring warehouse operates at maximum efficiency.
- Leading the team of warehouse employees by setting KPIs and meeting goals together.
- Develop SOPs for warehouse operations and develop systems for product handling, inventory management, etc.
- Train warehouse team and solve day to day operation issues.
- Adhere to health and safety policies for a safe working environment.
- Manage logistics used to transport products to customers and internal facilities, liaising with drivers and logistic partners for efficient delivery of products.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or other related studies.
- More than 5 years working experience in the role in manufacturing environment.
- Expert in inventory management and purchasing.
- Experience using Oracle system.
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical and planning skills.
- Strong leadership skills and good interpersonal skills.
