Open Position: Quantity Surveyor (Construction Industry)

A Construction Industry is currently hiring Quantity Surveyor to join them in their Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or any related field.
• Tender management including preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Preparation and administration of contractors’ claims and settlement of final accounts.
• Experience in quantity surveying preferably from Construction industry
• Have good practical organization and communication skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin fluently in order to assist and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
