Open Position: HR Specialist (MNC Company)
A MNC Company is currently hiring a HR Support Service Specialist to join them in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- More than 3 years of pertinent experience in HR Administration, with good knowledge of HR Policies and Frameworks.
- Facilitates efficient and effective delivery of specific processes, such as contract and data administration, by resolving complex inquiries that require advanced HR knowledge and policy interpretation skills.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance or information, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage employee records and data, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
