Open Position: Customer Development & Management Specialist (Manufacturer Company)
A Global Manufacturer Company is currently hiring a Customer Development & Management Specialist to join them in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
- More than 3 years working experience in Key account management, distributor management, etc.
- Manage VMI/distributor sales by forecasting service provider needs, ensuring timely deliveries, and prioritizing their requirements when products are unavailable.
- Analyse service provider’s business objectively to develop collaborative strategies for growth.
- Regularly perform business evaluations and monitor sales activities, new product launches, customer service, outstanding payments, and claims.
- Visit assigned customers with the necessary frequency to establish relationships and conduct business reviews that improve future engagements.
- Collaborate with Customer Service & Logistics to improve the case fill rate during deliveries, reduce pallet withholding, and promote Good Warehouse Practices at the service provider’s site.
Demonstrates good problem solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
