Open Position: Business Intelligence (BI), Lead (MNC Company)
A MNC Company is currently hiring a Business Intelligence (BI), Lead to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (more than 5 years) in business intelligence development, data analytics, and visualization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including data analysts, risk management teams, and business leaders, to understand their reporting and analysis needs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
- Work closely with Data Engineers to define and implement efficient data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of BI Developers.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other Asian languages a plus.
