Open Position: Citrix, Technical Lead (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is currently hiring Citrix, Technical Lead to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 6 years’ experience in virtualization technologies, with a strong focus on Citrix.
- Design, implement, and maintain the virtualization infrastructure, primarily based on Citrix technologies.
- Oversee the configuration, optimization, and monitoring of virtualized environments, ensuring performance and availability.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of Citrix infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and scalability of virtualized environments.
- Implement strategies to optimize virtualization performance, including load balancing and resource allocation techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in virtualization, specifically Citrix, and make recommendations for adoption.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a complex IT environment.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and related technologies.
- A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
