Open Position: Senior Legal Counsel
A reputable company is looking for Senior Legal Counsel to join them in their Penang office.
Responsibilities:
· To encompass a diverse range of legal topics such as corporate affairs and compliance obligations pertaining to SGX listing requirements.
· Engage in effective communication and negotiations with external stakeholders such as regulators, external legal advisors and public authorities.
· Provide expert advice on ensuring legal and contractual compliance, particularly in relation to securing banking facilities and managing representations and warranties.
Key requirements include:
· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Legal Counsel with an established law firm.
· Knowledge in SGX operations and regulatory framework.
