Open Position: HR & Admin Manager (Logistic Service Company)
A Logistic Service Company is currently hiring a HR & Admin Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in any related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration.
- Plan and executes recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from posting to selection, while ensuring smooth onboarding and training for new hires.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related matters.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR and administrative practices.
- Oversee daily administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
