Open Position: HR & Admin Executive (Logistic Industry)
A Logistic Industry Company is currently hiring a HR & Admin Executive to come and join them in the Selangor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in any related field preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience.
- End-to-end payroll administration, covering tax clearance and comprehensive reporting.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist in HR data entry and reporting as required.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generating routine reports spanning HR, administration, ISO compliance, and audits.
- Manage office premises maintenance, equipment repairs, and ensure a secure working environment by liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency in mandarin language are an added advantages.
- Occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, and company events.
