A Logistic Service Company  is currently hiring a HR & Admin Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in any related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration.
  • Plan and executes recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from posting to selection, while ensuring smooth onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related matters.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR and administrative practices.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
