Open Position: Network Engineering Manager
A growing technology-driven organization is currently looking for an experienced Network Engineering Manager to join their team in Selangor.
This role will lead regional infrastructure engineering projects while managing technical delivery, operational performance, and team development within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage network infrastructure engineering projects and ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee operational planning, resource management, and project execution across designated regions
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely deliverables
• Monitor project performance, quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, delivery quality, and overall team performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams through coaching, training, and performance management
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on engineering best practices and implementation standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business transformation efforts
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance working culture across teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure delivery, or technical project environments
• Prior experience managing engineering teams, technical operations, or large-scale delivery projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management capabilities
• Experience in project planning, quality management, and operational improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with engineering design systems, mapping platforms, or related technical tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
