Open Position: Application Specialist (IT Based Company)
An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years’ experience as an Application Consultant or in a similar client-facing role.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective application configurations and customizations.
- Configure and customize software applications to align with clients’ needs, ensuring proper functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with the development and implementation teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the applications and improving user experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in both writing and speaking in English language.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
