Open Position: Software Architect, Senior (IT Service Company)
An IT service company is currently hiring a Senior Software Architect to come and join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, electrical or in any related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect of at least 5 years, with a strong hands on skills.
- Lead the design and development of high-level software architecture, encompassing system components, modules, and interfaces.
- Thoroughly examine project constraints to assess alternatives, manage risks, and perform process re-engineering when required.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
- Expertise in software development languages and technologies (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and architecture styles.
- Possessing strong expertise in database development, including data mining, data security, database design, and database programming.
- Proficiency in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.
- Leadership experience, guiding technical teams and driving software projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
