A reputable F&B outlet (non halal) is hiring for Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team located in Selangor.
Key responsibilities include:
- To be responsible for the entire operations of the F&B outlet.
- Providing leadership and control in the outlet, ensuring all customers receive good service and quality of the food & beverages.
- Drive improvement on the work SOPs, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements to achieve high-quality standards.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising the staffs.
- Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales
- Having computer literacy with exposure creating survey forms using google form/etc would be added advantage.
- Team player with good stakeholder and people management skills
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in F&B outlets (Floor), including 2 years of management experience.
- Good knowledge in F&B outlet, including supplier management, handling customers’ complaints and managing staff.
- Experience managing a team of restaurant operation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese language is mandatory.
