Open Position: Associate, Sales Operations Support (MNC Company)
An MNC Shared Services Company is currently hiring an Associate, Sales Operations Support to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelors Degree in any related field.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in shared service or customer service, within insurance industry.
- Application from fresh graduate are welcomed.
- Support Sales Consultants in insurance product comparison, tracking promotions, and onboarding new products for committee approval. Organize product training for Sales team.
- Assist in the administration and processing of insurance policies. Ensure accurate and timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Work closely with the sales and policy operations team to streamline workflows and enhance coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Able to communicate proficiently in both English and Chinese.
- Skilled in Microsoft products and Adobe Acrobat.
