Open Position: Specialist, Sales and Policy Operations Support (MNC Company)
An MNC Shared Services Company is currently hiring an Assistant Manager, Sales and Policy Operations Support to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in shared service or customer service, within the insurance industry are highly desirable.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead generation, customer onboarding, and managing client relationships. Provide necessary sales data and reports to help track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the administration and processing of insurance policies. Ensure accurate and timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Collaborate with underwriters and policyholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Work closely with the sales and policy operations team to streamline workflows and enhance coordination. Facilitate clear communication between departments to achieve common goals.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Able to communicate proficiently in both English and Chinese.
