Open Position: Business Development Manager (Leading Solar Engineering Company)
A leading Solar Engineering Company is looking for Business Development Manager to lead an energetic business development and sales team based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Lead your team to plan and strategize on sales and marketing plans to turn leads into sales in the competitive solar energy market in Klang Valley.
- Hungry for and hunt for new business and leverage on every referral and opportunity that arise.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to project and subsequently operations teams.
- Advise technical solutions and provide trainings to customers.
- Proven sales track record in signing commercial and industrial customers.
- More than 5 years in similar industry doing the same role.
- Background in Electrical Engineering is desirable.
- Experience selling solutions instead of products to customers.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required.
- Excellent leadership skills in managing a sales team.
- Open to a fast paced working culture.
