A Construction Industry is currently hiring Contract Manager to join them in their Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diploma in Construction Management, Business or Contract Management, Quantity Surveyor or etc.
• Working on the preparation, submission and review of tenders.
• Preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts.
• Formulate a contract based on estimates, budgets and timeframes.
• Knowledge in construction industry and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin fluently in order to assist and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
