Open Position: Country Manager, Sales & Operations (Marine Oil & Gas Offshore Technology based-Outsourcing Company)
A Marine Oil & Gas Offshore Technology based-Outsourcing Company is currently hiring a Country Manager, Sales & Operations to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Business, Management or any related field.
- More than 12 years of working experience in leadership and proven track record of managing business development, profit & loss, budgets and etc.
- Work closely with the regional and local Senior Leadership team to develop and implement effective business strategies and plans tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Drive sales initiatives, develop new business partnerships, and nurture existing client relationships to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the team’s performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Stay abreast of local laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance and mitigating any potential risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire team members with good communication skills.
