Open Position: Pre-Sales Specialist (IT Service Provider Company)
An IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring a Pre-Sales Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or in any related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in a pre-sales or Information technology consultation covering IT Software/ERP or other tech-solutions.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to position products/services effectively.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFI responses in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively articulate company competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
