Open Position: Dean Faculty of Business
A renowned educational institution is currently looking to hire a Dean Faculty of Business to join their team based in Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a PhD in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing or HRM/OB or any related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching at tertiary education institution with at least 5 years in leadership role (Dean, Deputy/Associate Dean or Head of Department).
- Strong knowledge of MQA accreditation standards, curriculum design and academic governance in Malaysia.
- Proven extensive track record in research, publication, securing research funding fostering industry-academic partnerships and collaborations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to manage budgets, faculty performance, and student affairs efficiently.
- A forward-thinking and innovative mindset to drive the faculty towards global recognition.
