Open Position: Junior Finance Executive (Shared Services)
A reputable Shared Services company is looking to hire Junior Finance Executive to join their finance team based in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and with more than 3 years’ working experience in the finance operations.
- High attention to details in maintaining an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Responsible for accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
- Prepare and review budget forecast, cash flow statement, oversee the AR and AP and payroll activities.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliation, involve in corporate planning activities.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, legal office for company matters.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking of English language.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking of Mandarin language is preferred.
- Working experience with China market is an added advantage.
