Open Position: Global IT Support Engineer (IT Service Provider)

An IT service provider is currently Global IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:
• Holds a bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Part of a team maintaining a 24×7 Global Support Services working on incident and problem resolutions from live chats, phone calls, emails, and the company proactive monitoring system.
• Proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching SLA.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests.
• Having Network Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or etc would be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
