Open Position: HR Manager (Renowned Retail based Company)
A renowned Retailed based company with presence across Malaysia is currently hiring a HR Manager to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or etc
- More than 10 years of HR management covering HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in managing large number of employees (Executive & Non-Executive Levels)
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in HRMS related App covering Annual Leave/Medical Leave Application, Performance Appraisal and etc.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
