Open Position: Senior Human Resource Manager
An established company is currently in the process of recruiting an experienced Senior HR Manager to join their dedicated team at the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience with not less than 5 years in the retail industry.
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions and services.
- To ensure the company comply with employment legislations, labor ordinance and regulations, relevant local authorities, law and legal requirements.
- Promote the corporate culture to seamlessly align with the foundational values of the company.Tackle on business department needs and challenges, engage with respective head of department in providing and implementing HR business solutions.
- Good knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
