Open Position: IT Account Delivery, Lead (Enterprise Software Company)
An Enterprise Software Company is currently hiring IT Account Delivery, Lead to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
• Experience in selling Enterprise Software Solutions to large enterprise customers, including both account management and business development to Malaysia and other counties within SEA regions.
• To understand customers’ challenges and provide specific solution propositions to help customers meet their business goals.
• Understand the market, including trends and developments, and competitors’ offerings.
• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Experience in serving key industries as conglomerate, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas and etc related field would be an added advantage.
• Strong team skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
