Open Position: IT Procurement & Contracts Manager (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is currently hiring an IT Procurement & Contracts Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT contract management, preferably in a large-scale organization.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to contract terms.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with service-level agreements and contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement IT contract compliance frameworks and control processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handling the review and/or editing of IT contracts between companies and potential clients
- Handle any service support and contract-related issues that may arise with third-party vendors or internally within the company.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for clear and concise creation and revision of IT contracts and process documentation as needed.
