Open Position: IT Sales & Maintenance Operations Specialist (IT Service Provider Company)
An IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring IT Sales & Maintenance Operations Specialist to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 year working experience with the IT sector covering Sales.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business Management or it’s equivalent.
- Developing IT business management goals and objectives to drive revenue growth for the organisation.
- Design and implement IT business plans and sales strategies to retain existing clients and attract new clients.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead in client’s qualification strategy and continuous IT business support & maintenance proposal validation together with the key stakeholders.
- Good networking, communication and also interpersonal skills.
