Open Position: IT Sales Support Specialist (MNC Tech Company)

An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring IT Sales Support Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
• Compile sales leads and delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
• Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
• Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.
• Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Keep up with new product sales launches and competitor markets.
