Open Position: Lead Technical Writer (IT Based Company)
An IT Based Company is currently hiring a Lead Technical Writer to come and join them in the Selangor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years proven experience as a Technical Writer, especially in software or Information Technology.
- Collaborate with Technical Writer team and cross-functional teams to gather and understand technical information, specifications, and requirements for creating documentation.
- Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards, company style guides, and branding guidelines.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, grammar, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Having prior experience in team management, mentoring, and supervision is advantageous.
