Open Position: Legal Counsel (MNC Tech Company)
An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring Legal Counsel to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating documentation transactions, and advising various contracts related to corporate issues.
• Supporting legal and regulatory risks of the Company’s business operations in all aspects and safeguarding the company’s legitimate business rights to pursue strategic objectives.
• Providing guidelines to the Company to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and rules.
• Preferably at least 7 – 10 years working experience in legal role.
• Highly organized, meticulous and have excellent critical thinking.
